UPDATING THE C-BOXES

So basically, since the cboxes we currently have don't have many options we were considering updating to Chatango chats. It would benefit in several ways for both the staff, and members. As well as there are a few negatives. I'll post the positives, and provide a negative to each:

• Keep your information
  While they do keep your information such as name, icon, etc... You also must join with an email, which isn't to difficult. Also, guests' sometimes dislike them, although you can join as Anon, so that would almost be the same.
  
  
• Staffing options
  With the current cbox, considering money is tight for me, we have no options for adding more then one person as staff. I could give them the information, but it would still take longer then just giving them to rights and providing them with the ability to delete or ban any spammers or anything.
  
  
• Auto-Refresh
  Like above I'm not in a state to be able to update the current chats. So if we had a Chatango it would auto-refresh and that wouldn't be a problem with trying to keep updated with what everyone else is saying.

We would love for everyone to reply below, and just give us a Yay, or Nay on whether you would be alright. If it doesn't matter to you just say so. We really value your opinions.

Yay, for 3 reasons.
1. auto refresh.
2. it looks like you can see who else is using the chatbox.
3. it sounds like it'll make it simpler on the admin side.

Personally, I have no preference, but I will give it a yay since it seems it will make it easier on the staff.

Definitely a yay... on my board we transitioned to chatango and it has been easier to manage.

I'm just used to using C-Box but hey I'm cool with whatever you find easier.
